It would not be the first time Debian has some special weird issue, which nobody else see: just browse Bugzilla and you will find lots of those, closed as invalid. Thus, before taking any action which will affect anyone else, all the linux targets basically, I'd like to see some serious analysis explaining why Debian is right and all the other targets wrong. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31413
