The way to fix this is to add a HOST_HOOKS_GT_PCH_GET_ADDRESS to host-solaris.c. That hook should try to allocate the space in some address area that is normally free on Solaris. See the use of TRY_EMPTY_VM_SPACE in host-linux.c. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14940
