I have the latest version of gcc (3.4.4) that the cygwin site gives out. Is that the "fresh mingw native compiler" ? The gcc and gfortran are version 4.3.0 20070723 from svn, built on the cygwin system. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=33174
