The patch fixed a wrong-code PR, so by reverting the patch, we would introduce a wrong-code regression. I think it would be better to see what the underlying issue is for FreeBSD, then fix that. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=35632
