[Bug fortran/36072] New: missing symbols in gfortran

When linking a program build with gfortran 4.3.0 to lapack, I get

/opt/atlas-gnu_4.3.0/3.8.1/lib64/liblapack.so: undefined reference to
`_gfortran_pow_r8_i4'
/opt/atlas-gnu_4.3.0/3.8.1/lib64/liblapack.so: undefined reference to
`_gfortran_pow_r4_i4'
