I was missing tests that referenced a weak address, but offset, and the address of a weak variable, but from data, not code. Also is something of an attempt to verify that the prims.ii situation doesn't happen in C. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37170
