------- Comment #5 from howarth at nitro dot med dot uc dot edu 2008-12-20 03:18 ------- I can confirm that current (r142846) gcc trunk, with the changes from r142728, r142722 and proposed patch in Comment 4 applied, builds pymol 1.1r2 completely under either -O3 or -O2 and -fgraphite-identity -funroll-loops -fomit-frame-pointer -ffast-math. The resulting pymol runs fine.
