OK, I'll change this from a "BLOCKER" to "FIXED".


Please note that the "Trunk" (not the "melt-branch") _currently_ (last
week) _requires_ PPL 0.10 and the 'configury' tests the version. You
will benefit from creating a Patch for the "Trunk" to use newer PPL
and getting it approved so that your "melt-branch" does not stray too 
far from the Trunk. 

You need to make a 'diff' of the "melt-branch" versus the "Trunk"
that is as SMALL as is possible so that it is simpler and faster
for others to approve the "melt-branch" Patch and allow it to merge.
