deprecated("xxx") doesn't work on function parameter with C++:

[...@gnu-6 gcc]$ cat /tmp/foo.i
typedef int INT2 __attribute__((deprecated("Please avoid INT2")));
int f5(INT2 x);
[...@gnu-6 gcc]$ ./xgcc -B./ -S /tmp/foo.i 
/tmp/foo.i:2: warning: ‘INT2’ is deprecated: Please avoid INT2
[...@gnu-6 gcc]$ ./g++ -B./ -S /tmp/foo.i
/tmp/foo.i:2: warning: ‘INT2’ is deprecated
[...@gnu-6 gcc]$
