D'oh. Quick respin.
Huh. Alignment is passed to the backend as number of bits, but of course the
assembler wants it as the power of 2 of the number of bytes to align it to.
Fortunately I spotted this in manual testing before kicking off the 48-hr
testrun, so I'm restrapping the patch with one tiny change to winnt.c before I
do.
