No, with --traditional-format, it fails the same way. In this case, LSDA is parsed from __gcc_personality_v0 and without --traditional-format, LSDA is parsed from uw_frame_state_for. The target is always 0x11 off. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41058
