Patch implementing -gstrict-dwarf (darwin would need to set it to 1 unless explicitly set on the command line). I went through all the DWARF 3 and DWARF 4 additions used by dwarf2out.c, except DW_CFA_* so far. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41405
