I've added an improved patch file. There are more fixes in builtins.c and I've added some changes for calls.c I count eight variables removed and the patch seemed to build ok. I haven't regression tested it, however. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41974
