gcc/testsuite/gfortran.dg/actual_array_constructor_3.f90 pr20923 and friends pr34554 " IIRC when the constructors are used as initialization or in statements, they are expanded at compile time when possible if the length is less than 2^16, otherwise they are computed at run time. I think this behavior should be kept.
