I am already using the latest Cross Toolchain and it only came with gcc/c++ 4.4.1. It seems that gcc 4.5.x was build successfully, do you mean I have to make use of the new build gcc to build the c++ 4.5.x? In that case I have to move the new gcc to the target machine and native build again the whole 4.5.x?
