A smaller reproducer:
$ cat -n test.cc
1 template <class C>
2 struct A {
3 template<class U> using B = U*;
4 int a;
5 };

7 A<int> a;
./cc1plus ./test.cc -quiet -gstabs+ -std=gnu++11
