Under ${target}-gcc-{ar,nm,ranlib} and ${target}-${target}-gcc-{ar,nm,ranlib}.

(Shouldn't it be ${target}-gcc-{ar,nm,ranlib}-${version} ??? Because they pass
plugin of a specific version.)
