Too bad was ignored, but really, if you are interested in my advice, you should
get in touch with somebody very active in the LWG if you want to be sure
nothing is forgotten (eg, these days, Alisdair Meredith, or Daniel Krugler) and
double check that an ISO DR is actually opened for you. That mailing list isn't
official in any sense, beware, isn't an ISO reflector.

Anyway, all these considerations are for the future, for other issues, because
the specific facilities discussed here are deprecated, very unlikely that will
be changed at all again post-C++11.
