It really works as expected if put A into some namespace, but it really as well
that implementation differs in Microsoft's VC and GCC. Under VC you always gets
right result, there is no dependency on order of cpp placement for linker.
I was surprised that GCC-guys have another opinion on that. You were noticed
that it's how C++ works. Could you please provide proof-link?
