The patch applies cleanly and seems to work against 4.7.1, but we don't want to run local patches of gcc for obvious reasons. This issue is making 64-bit support in our code difficult, specifically for formatting size_t values using C99's %zu formatter, which 'g++ -std=c++0x -pedantic' is rejecting. Thanks.
