The Bessel functions



  std::tr1::cyl_bessel_i(double nu, double x)



  std::tr1::cyl_bessel_j(double nu, double x)



return -nan at x=0 instead of 0 (nu==0) or 1 (nu > 0).



I have a patch that fixes this and some other things.
