Could you give DeSpam powers to people that usually remove spam like Ian Lance Taylor, Thomas Schwinge StevenBosscher and perhaps others? They do it by hand and I know how much easier is to use Despam action. Also, is there a plugin/power to block users without having to login as them and disable their accounts?
