I have compiled the code with gfortran 4.8.2 built through fink from the
archive at ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/releases/gcc-4.8.2/gcc-4.8.2.tar.bz2.
What is the "compilation error that suggest that the compiler release does not
yet have a particular enhancement"?
