I can reproduce it with the instructions from comment#2, it works fine when
dropping the unneeded linker path.

It seems to read libgfortran.spec twice.

I can reproduce the same issue with 4.8 when adding -flto and a similar
unneeded linker path.

So 4.8 doesn't really work (with LTO).
