This is fixed by http://gcc.gnu.org/viewcvs?root=gcc&view=rev&rev=187194
To see where it was first released we can quickly see the tags at:

Which indicates this was fixed as part of the 4.8.0 release.
I've confirmed it's OK in gcc 4.8.2
