Patch, lightly tested. (The test case will later fail in gimplify.c with
"sorry, not implemented".)
(In the function below, only op == EXEC_OACC_PARALLEL_LOOP or op ==
EXEC_OACC_KERNELS_LOOP are permitted [otherwise: assert].)
