Our two SPEC 2006 testers show a 459.GemsFDTD regression a few days ago, the
bdver2 tester between r232400 and r232444 while the corei7-avx2 one between
r232395 and r232457.
No further bisection / confirmation done yet. GemsFDTD is Fortran.
