On my environment, all tests compile now without an ICE.
(also tested with several other compile options)
$ gfortran-6 --version
GNU Fortran (SUSE Linux) 6.1.1 20160502 [gcc-6-branch revision 235698]
$ gfortran-6 -Wall -Wextra pr56765_comment0_t2.f90
$ a.out
$ gfortran-6 -Wall -Wextra pr56765_comment0_t3.f90
