For SSE4.1, the nearbyint and nearbyintf functions should be inlined using the
roundsd / roundss instructions with immediate operand 12.  (There's already
support for inlining rint and rintf with immediate operand 4, though as noted
in bug 71277 this is wrongly conditioned on !flag_trapping_math.)
