The test hasn't changed since December 2014 and it's still failing in recent
test results:

Jason didn't like the change I proposed in comment #5 and I haven't come back
to it since then. I'm busy wrapping up my stage 1 projects and don't expect to
have the time to revisit this for a while, so I'm unassigning myself from this
to give other a chance to work on it.
