I somehow understood PR rtl-optimization/65618 only addressed the
bootstrap failure somehow and not the actual code generation bug.  Given
that the actual bug has been fixed, any test case can only serve a
verification rather than debugging purpose.

I think it would still be good if it did that and was integrated with our
test suite so that we are alerted in the future with regular testing if
the problem has reappeared, without having to go through a native
bootstrap.  Moving to the testsuite component then.
