This snippet should detect that _Decimal32 doesn't fit in a signed 64-bit integer (either signed long or signed long long). Test uses "-m64 -O2 -fsanitize=float-cast-overflow -fsanitize-recover=float-cast-overflow". If you compile and execute this preprocessed file, does ubsan generate messages or not?
