Heh, it does :)

Nope, still the host compiler, we're ICE-ing during
symbol_table::finalize_compilation_unit, so we're actual ICE-ing earlier than
before.

I'm going to look now at r(251220 - 1), just before the ICE, to understand how
things were handled there.
