        PR c++/84590
        * cp-gimplify.c (cp_fully_fold): Unwrap TARGET_EXPR or a CONSTRUCTOR
        wrapped in VIEW_CONVERT_EXPR.

        * c-c++-common/ubsan/shift-11.c: New test.
