Warnings involving "%z" in ASM_OUTPUT_REG_{POP,PUSH} are harmless warnings, (older) host compiler doesn't know about these specifiers. I don't know about others, perhaps mingw was left behind and should update some of its #defines. OTOH, these warnings will break bootstrapped build.
