This is not redundant; the point is to convert -0 to +0.

Most of the libquadmath code is generated automatically from glibc sources 
by substitutions done by update-quadmath.py (and most of the rest *should* 
be generated by such substitutions, but isn't yet), so it isn't 
particularly useful to report coding style issues for it to GCC Bugzilla.
