Note I have a reduced module_configure.fppized.f90 (reduced to require no
fortran module and only containing a single function).  While WRF sources
seem to be publically available the copy in SPEC itself may be different
enough and the public download is behind a registration wall at least.

SPEC docs say

  Benchmark Description

   521.wrf_r is based on Version 3.6.1 of the Weather Research and
   Forecasting Model (WRF) available from http://www.wrf-model.org/index.php.

  Sources and Licensing

   The benchmark was contributed directly to SPEC by UCAR. Note: Therefore,
