It's not (easily) possible to reproduce the problem with what you've provided;
the shell script has stuff like
/home/colin/Development/bluegriffon/BUILD/gecko-dev-042b84a/config/gcc_hidden.h
etc.
Can you give us exact steps to compile the source code tree?
