    libbacktrace: only run dsymutil with Mach-O

    libbacktrace/ChangeLog:
            PR libbacktrace/97227
            * configure.ac (USE_DSYMUTIL): Define instead of HAVE_DSYMUTIL.
            * Makefile.am: Change all uses of HAVE_DSYMUTIL to USE_DSYMUTIL.
            * configure: Regenerate.
            * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
