At least some of the state explosion appears to be due to malfunctioning call
summaries, e.g.:
function ‘fileExists’, with call string: [(SN: 422 -> SN: 163 in main), (SN:
599 -> SN: 334 in uncompress)]
probably should have been summarized, but wasn't.
Adding this to the call summaries tracker bug.
