So I can reproduce it (comment #2 testcase) preprocessed w/ gcc 9
g:9790fa53b48f3a48e0f7a, but it no longer reproduces with the gcc 9 branch
head.
The issue went away with g:196716c10bcd4074c404cc on the branch, I think this
might indeed have been an actual fix given my analysis in comment#9
Thus, fixed.
