GCC ICEs when compiling the following piece of code:

struct foo {
    decltype([] { return (struct {
        int fn() {}
    }){}; }) bar;
};

Compiled with `-std=c++20`
Past stable releases of GCC report "confused by earlier errors, bailing out"
without crashing instead.
