This could be a bug in uclibc and TLS.

The crash is related to TLS of:
  abi::__cxa_eh_globals*
  get_global() _GLIBCXX_NOTHROW
  {
    static __thread abi::__cxa_eh_globals global;
    return &global;
  }

Can you provide the disassemble std::uncaught_exception of where the crash is
located?
just do "disassemble" in gdb.
