Patch

This patch changes reduce_unary to continue in the case of overflow
encountered during walking through array ctors and returning the error
at the end.

This also fixes other simple examples like:

  integer, parameter :: n = huge(1)
  integer, parameter :: m(*) =  [-(n + 1)]
  print *, -m
end
