Seems fixed to me. 

I built a bootstrap with ASAN and UBSAN
for languages C, C++ and Fortran and changed the usual
-O2 for -O3 -march=znver3 and the bootstrap passed.

I hadn't realised a bootstrap was such a good test of the compiler.
