Confirmed.
Note this code is undefined for a different reasons, one is alignment and other
is reading before the address of a variable. That does not mean we should not
ICE.
Though not many folks will be using -fnon-call-exceptions in the first place
with undefined code like this.
Note I tried to get defined code but I could not reproduce it then.
