Currently there is a single diagnostic output format, specified via
-fdiagnostics-format=.
It would be nice if it were possible to generate both text *and* SARIF output
from a single invocation of the compiler.
This could be done be revamping -fdiagnostics-format= to support multiple
"sinks", somehow, but see also bug 115970.
