I got a bootstrap failure due to SLP not resetting the scev or freeing the
iterations estimates cache.
Reduced testcase:
```
void g(int);
void f(int *a)
{
int n = a[0]++;
int g1 = a[1]++;
for(int i = 0; i < n; i++)
g(g1);
}
```
ICE:
