But it's quite likely related to .LOAD_LANES. It might be interesting to
bisect this with -fno-vect-cost-model given the issue should then show up even
without r15-5069-g32cf28ccc9e77c (though -fno-vect-cost-model doesn't just
disable costing at -O2, it will effectively unleash all of the vectorizer I
believe).
