This should compile in C++20:

[&](decltype([&](decltype([=](decltype([&](decltype([&]() {})) {})) {}))
{})){};
[&](decltype([&](decltype([&](decltype([&](decltype([&]() {})) {})) {}))
{})){};
[=](decltype([=](decltype([=](decltype([=](decltype([&]() {})) {})) {}))
{})){};
}
```
but we say:
error: non-local lambda expression cannot have a capture-default
